Hi M/BODY community,

I’ve been a member for three years and I’m just discovering the community board now!! Lol. I’ve always been a bit of a slow burn…

Speaking of slow burn, any recs for workouts that won’t aggravate a lower back injury? It’s on my left side and I find the leg lifts and high impact workouts increase my sensitivity.

Any recs are much appreciated <3
