Hi!
I just wanted introduce myself and say hi, cause Iโm new to the global fam.
I'm actually a marathon runner, but unfortunately I had a fatigue fracture in my foot, which meant I couldn't run for a long time. A friend of mine recommended M/Body and I'm now trying to slowly get back on track with my foot.
So if you have any special tips or fav workouts for foot strength, let me know :)
