Hey y'all! I was so energized by this challenge!

Back to back viruses in the last half really got in my way but I was still able to do a lot. Focusing on the positive!

I loved this challenge so much! And thanks to everyone for sharing about their experiences 💜 I knew it was going to be the wild west once traveling hit (though we walked 48 miles in a week!) but I did more than I thought I could :) happy spring!

Congrats on another amazing challenge! Not sure what hit different this time, but I felt super connected and energized by every class and everyone’s global presence. Loved going back and discovering (M/<45 Sculpt + Sweat/47...where did that come from?!) and rediscovering old faves (shaking it off  in M/<60 Signature/36.) So grateful I get to do this with all of you!

Congrats Challengers! This challenge came at the perfect time for me. Everyday I looked forward to that “me time” and I’m so happy I was able to give myself that me time for 60 days!

Another amazing challenge!! I doubled up on days I had more energy to release and took rest days when I needed them. I was so surprised, as I am in most challenges, that because of the sequencing of classes and perhaps doing classes I wouldn't normally choose, that my body felt so different!! Definitely new muscles engaged and some new classes favorites!! Congrats challengers!!!! ❤️🥳

59/60. Because of some end of challenge travel, I didn’t get a last m<60 in. I’ll be doing that tomorrow! Congrats to anyone who participated in whatever capacity in this challenge that absolutely FLEW by! Here’s to unifying our energy moving forward into this year 🐎🥂more in love with mbody than when I began years ago, it just keeps getting better! Thank you Marnie and Katelyn AND Shannon holding it down bts!

I did a lot more than I expected!! 💗 I reached my goal of 3 Mbody workouts a week!! 🎉🙌💫 from here, I plan to fill in my calendar with the workouts that I missed due to “rest days”. I absolutely love the mbody calendar on the app, but I also love writing checkmarks on paper next to when I finish and circling the days where I worked out in some capacity. Just a reminder of - yeah! I did that pat on the back thing. This was super fun and rewarding! Thank you mbody global fam!!! Love ya Marnie! 💗💗💗💗💗 we did it!!!

After five years of doing M/body finally participated in a challenge! Met my weekly goal - three 45 - 60-minute classes and three 30-minute cardio sessions.
